Leases
If you are interested in leasing seabed or land within the boundaries of Port of Broome, please register your interest by emailing info@kimberleyports.wa.gov.au. When writing please provide the following details:
- The details of the entity interested in leasing the land
- The nature of the business which would be conducted from the land
- The area of the land sought
- When you would like the lease to start

Carrying Out Work on Port Lands
All contractors wishing to carry out work for KPA or third parties on Port lands must comply with the KPA Contractor HSE Handbook and associated procedures.
Contractors must hold adequate insurance and comply with KPA’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Procedure.
