Land Leases
If you are interested in leasing seabed or land within the boundaries of the Port of Derby KPA invites you to email info@kimberleyports.wa.gov.au to register your interest.
When writing please provide the following details:
- The details of the entity interested in leasing the land
- The nature of the business to be conducted on the land
- The area of the land sought
- When you would like the lease to start
Anyone wishing to undertake a development within the port land boundaries must adhere to KPA Development Guidelines.
